GAL & Co. 14-Day Return Policy
At GAL & Co., we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, cards, pouches, boxes, and accessories, if applicable.
Returns must be approved by GAL & Co. before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return: custom or personalized pieces, sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email april@galandco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as GAL & Co. is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after inspection.
GAL & Co. reserves the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if an item is returned worn, used, altered, damaged, incomplete, or without its original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email april@galandco.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
